HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEK
I can not believe it is the Monday before Thanksgiving??? Hasn't it really been almost four weeks since I posted to this blog??
So much has been going on and none of it good. It's been a rough month in our household. I broke my toe and had to have my toe nail removed, a had a minor fender bender (not even since no fenders were bent) but the guy that stopped short in front of me got out of his car screaming at me and calling me names that you only here at truck stops. When the police arrived and saw that we had NO damage, I was scared out of my mind and had my three year old son in the car they were not happy with him, they even warned him to stop or they were going to write him a ticket for road rage. Then we were shopping at a mall in Jersey and my entire pocket book was stolen from the baby's stroller. We hadn't even realized that they took it until we were at the car loading up our packages and I realized it was gone. By then they had 3 hours to use my credit card and wipe out our checking account using the debit/credit card. Finally, Owen has been sick with a respirtory infection. We went to visit my parents, when we left in the morning he was fine, he took a nap in the car and woke up as I was pulling into my parents driveway and sounded horrible. By night time he was having trouble breathing. I called the doctor she told me to give him a hot bath, over the counter cold medicine and if he wasn't better in the morning to bring him in. Well, 3:00 a.m. in the morning I woke up to him seriously having trouble to catch his breath. I packed up the car, woke up my parents and told them I was driving home to take him to the hospital. I called Bob and told him that I was on my way home. When I got home Bob and I went straight to the hospital. They almost admitted him but decided that he would probably do better at home as long as we gave him an nebulizer treatment every four hours and followed up with our peditrician, which of course we did. Long story is that he is much better today, but it's been over a week. He is still on antibotics and still getting the nebulizer treatment.
It's been a rough month.
